Development Opportunity - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Manchester, New Hampshire, through its Economic Development Office, is seeking parties interested in submitting proposals for the acquisition and redevelopment of the Granite Landing site - two City-owned parcels consisting together of approximately three-quarters of an acre, along with air rights over a public right-of-way between the parcels, and a second approximately three-quarters of an acre parcel owned by the Manchester Development Corporation (MDC) for urban-scale, commercial office, retail or mixed-use development. These properties are located in a highly visible, high traffic area adjacent to I-293 Exit 5 at the gateway into Downtown and West Side Manchester. Proposals will be accepted on a rolling basis. A sample of existing plans and conceptual renderings is provided below for both sites.
